Job Summary

Serve as the face of the company in a test center by verifying candidate identification, performing security checks, and continuously monitoring exams to ensure integrity. Maintain a secure environment, handle and resolve candidate issues with urgency, and follow test center policies and guidelines. You’ll need flexible availability for part-time shifts (including Saturday) and comfort working with Windows-based tools and standard office equipment.
