Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, optimize, and document process recipes to meet product and customer specifications.
  • •Collaborate with customers to understand technical requirements, provide guidance, and deliver effective solutions.
  • •Conduct application testing and validation, and communicate results clearly to stakeholders.
  • •Support customers remotely and onsite throughout qualification, implementation, and ramp-up phases.
  • •Partner with R&D, Product, and Process Engineering teams to troubleshoot challenges and drive customer success, including preparing technical documentation and customer-facing materials.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Hands-on experience developing or optimizing process recipes in semiconductor, thin-film, materials processing, or related industries.
  • •Strong customer-facing skills, including the ability to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively.
  • •Excellent technical writing skills to create clear, concise professional documentation.
  • •Experience with process equipment and tool qualification activities, plus familiarity with data analysis tools and technical problem-solving methodologies.
