Manage the patient administration workflow to improve overall patient care. You will oversee appointment scheduling and patient registration, handle medical insurance processes and related tasks, and run the billing and cash-up activities. You’ll also ensure patient service meets customer service expectations by improving the quality of patient interactions, working within clinic policies and emergency procedures.
