Key Responsibilities

•Define AI architecture strategy for systems that are AI-debuggable across service chains.
•Build and ship features for Brand Visibility, an AI-first product for optimizing enterprise digital presence for AI-driven discovery.
•Design end-to-end workflows where AI drives implementation with human checkpoints at critical boundaries.
•Create shared tooling (MCP servers, skills, pattern libraries) and automated quality enforcement to scale across the org.
•Integrate with SEO/GEO platforms such as Semrush and share expertise via tech talks, white papers, and architectural documents.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of software engineering experience, or a relevant university degree with equivalent experience.
•Deep expertise in distributed systems design and AI-native engineering with comfort designing for 3–5 year relevance.
•Hands-on with AI tools like Codex or Claude Code, and the ability to define how the team adopts them.
•Working knowledge of SEO/GEO concepts and how they influence content visibility in search and AI experiences.
•Track record of shifting technical direction beyond an immediate team through tooling and technical leadership.
