Develop and execute strategy to improve SEO and AI (LLM) visibility, including Generative Experience Optimization (GEO). Use advanced visibility tools to track prompt-based scores and insights, translate results into actionable recommendations, and monitor web and AI performance. Help define new success metrics, build methodologies and dashboards, and collaborate with teams across content, IT, and UX to drive execution and measurable visibility gains.

Key Responsibilities

•Refine and pivot strategy to improve SEO and LLM visibility performance based on real-time learnings.
•Identify new metrics, methodologies, and dashboards that define success beyond traditional measures.
•Collaborate cross-functionally (content, IT, UX) to communicate risks/opportunities and champion priorities/resources.
•Propose testing protocols and iterate quickly, learning from what doesn’t work and scaling what does.
•Analyze visibility scores and insights and present recommendations to stakeholders through clear, high-impact presentations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•1 year of experience in SEO, with a foundational understanding of SEO best practices applied as a strategy.
•1 year of demonstrated GEO/AEO experience, with concrete actions that improved LLM findability.
•Practical knowledge of evolving GEO strategies and AI search trends.
•Experience with LLM architectures, search engine algorithms, and web optimization strategies, including understanding structured data (e.g., JSON-LD/Schema.org) and basic HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
