•Build and maintain global KYC analytics and reporting solutions, including dashboards, portfolio-level monitoring, and legal entity intelligence.
•Analyze KYC performance, risk indicators, and compliance trends across markets to surface insights and emerging risks.
•Support automation of recurring analytics and data creation processes to improve speed and reduce operational risk.
•Conduct deep-dive analyses on merchant portfolios, legal entities, and operational outcomes to support stakeholder decisions and regulatory priorities.
•Deliver stakeholder-ready insights and recommendations, and support GenAI and machine-learning proof-of-concept initiatives to modernize KYC analytics.
