Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide timely, efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of assigned monies.
  • •Deliver a distinctive client experience through courteous conversation and completion of complex and standardized transactions.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions, including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the sales process by participating in client outreach via outbound calls and identifying client needs, offers, or opportunities for referrals.
  • •Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies, and serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
