Lead and grow Tekmetric's inside sales team to outperform quota by hiring, coaching, and mentoring a high-performing group. Drive KPIs, oversee workflows with Marketing and Customer Success, and optimize the sales pipeline through Salesforce-based processes to close net-new business in a hybrid/remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Continuously build, train, and mentor a team of sales people to meet and exceed 100% of quota.
•Work with sales leadership to define, track, and report on key performance indicators for your team.
•Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to build, update, and maintain workflows that enable your team to effectively grow our sales pipeline, engage with prospects, and ultimately help our team close more deals.
•Interview, hire, and train new members of your team.
•Meet regularly with your team to share feedback, provide coaching, and work with our operations team to consistently improve business processes that increase team performance.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 3 years of sales management experience with a total of 6+ years or more of progressive sales experience (B2B SaaS experience preferred).
•Experience and expertise using and building workflows in a CRM system (Salesforce preferred).
•Strong and clear communicator, especially around planning, tactics, and execution.
•Proven track record of hiring and ramping your salespeople to quota.
•Proven and demonstrated experience successfully coaching salespeople.
