Work on end-to-end processes covering sales receipt through fulfillment and invoicing, including eFT submissions, approvals, releases, and daily case tracking. Create and validate internal and customer OTC data and system documents, handle month/quarter-end closures, monitor aging portfolios, and help improve process and automation to ensure accurate, timely requests and customer satisfaction.
