Key Responsibilities

•Drive executional excellence across assigned verticals to ensure high-quality client engagements and measurable revenue growth.
•Establish and drive best practices adoption, standardize processes, and raise the operational “floor” to improve consistency and engagement quality.
•Provide guidance on leveraging TikTok’s ad solutions to increase vertical-specific product adoption, identify expansion opportunities, and shape high-value client strategies.
•Lead innovative programs and pilots that create vertical growth opportunities, scale successful initiatives, and proactively address evolving client and market needs.
•Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal CST teams, using market and vertical insights to recommend strategy and improve executional performance.

Key Requirements

•Drive long-term client partnerships with senior marketing decision-makers across brands and agencies, with a passion for client service excellence.
•Demonstrate a strong track record in performance advertising and scaling advertiser objectives across multiple media platforms, with 5–7 years media sales expertise.
•Ensure operational consistency and executional excellence at scale through proven operational rigor.
•Analyze campaign and performance data to extract actionable insights, with experience in tracking, attribution, and measurement tools (e.g., Pixel, API, MMPs, CLS, BLS, MMM, MTA).
•Bring leadership and people management experience, including substantial previous people management (2+ years previous leadership experience required).
