Key Responsibilities

  • •Accountable for end-to-end purchasing activities and KPI delivery; provide leadership and build scalable purchasing processes.
  • •Lead and develop buyer and planner teams, implementing and achieving performance metrics.
  • •Build organizational capability through development plans, mentoring, accountability, cross-training, and succession planning.
  • •Drive Materials CoE and project purchasing transformation initiatives, including digitalization to improve efficiency.
  • •Manage business impact outcomes (On-Time Delivery, past-due reduction, excess and obsolete inventory) and ensure stakeholder engagement and timely issue resolution.
