Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate engineering disciplines and control/forecast activities and deliverables against schedule.
  • •Coordinate and supervise Project Engineers in Milan and the Global Execution Center (India) during preparation of key project documents (P&IDs, line list, equipment list, Material Requisitions).
  • •Interface with HSE, procurement, subcontracting, project control, construction, and estimate functions depending on project type (FEED vs EPC).
  • •Handle technical interface with the client, attend weekly coordination and official project review meetings, and prepare/send meeting notes and track open actions.
  • •Prepare erection requisitions for mechanical works and may be assigned to construction site as a Senior Field Project Engineer to assist the construction team.

  • •Proven experience in the role.
