Pack and inspect PET containers at assigned lines to maintain defect-free quality, following established packing procedures and production-speed requirements. Operate packaging equipment such as palletizers and automated robotic packing systems, clear jams, and adjust quantities as needed. Maintain accurate records of spoilage, weights, and defects, ensure GMP and SQF compliance, and keep the work area clean and organized. Train new employees and communicate issues during shift changes.

Key Responsibilities

•Pack cartons at designated lines, practice quality packing procedures, and maintain production-based speed.
•Inspect materials, products, and containers at each step of the packaging process; sort and discard scrap to proper bins.
•Operate palletizer and automated robotic pack equipment, including clearing product jams and resetting robotic arms when needed.
•Record packaging information such as spoilage, weights, time/date packaged, and defects found; weigh containers and adjust quantity if needed.
•Maintain compliance with GMP and SQF requirements, keep the work area clean and organized, and assist with training new employees.

•Operate and support packaging equipment including palletizers and automated robotic pack arms, including clearing jams when needed.
•Keep the work area clean and organized and dispose of scrap materials properly.
