Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead FP&A for Canada with oversight of all categories and full P&L responsibility
  • •Execute the monthly actualization process including P&L variance analyses, insights, and issue resolution
  • •Support the Demand Review process with marketers on forecast inputs and driver assumptions
  • •Run the monthly forecasting process to project and explain financial performance on an 18-month rolling basis
  • •Support the build of the Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plans

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field, MBA a plus
  • •5+ years’ experience in a complex environment with escalating levels of responsibility; CPG experience is an asset
  • •Demonstrated strong analytical skills and broad business acumen with strong Excel technical skills
  • •Prior Function, Category, Corporate FP&A and/or BU experience preferred
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
