Job Summary

Collaborate with clients to design, build, and deliver agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure services. You’ll work in multi-disciplinary teams to translate business needs into secure, scalable, production-ready AI solutions, handle solution design and delivery, and contribute to pre-sales and internal AI communities while staying current with Microsoft AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and identify opportunities where agentic AI can drive meaningful value.
•Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using the latest Microsoft technologies (including Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and supporting Azure AI and Power Platform services).
•Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, data sources, and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure services.
•Contribute to solution and technical design, ensuring alignment with security, governance, scalability, and operational standards.
•Participate in client workshops, technical discussions, and solution shaping sessions; support pre-sales activities with technical input, solution design, and proof-of-concept development.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience delivering AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
•Microsoft certifications in AI, Power Platform, or Azure (desirable).
•Awareness of governance, security, and responsible AI considerations in enterprise environments.
•Experience working in consulting or professional services organisations.
•Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry or equivalent AI development capabilities on Azure; experience with Azure services (OpenAI, Functions, Logic Apps, API Management) and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
