Key Responsibilities

•Perform general to complex automotive repairs on all makes and models, including work such as timing belts, suspension systems, and heavy engine repairs.
•Diagnose and repair advanced vehicle electrical issues, including systems for electric and hybrid vehicles.
•Complete repairs for wheel bearings and axles.
•Repair vehicle climate control systems, including ACs and heater cores.
•Support inspection and reconditioning work in Carvana’s Inspection Centers while following safety practices and production needs, including possible mandatory overtime.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of professional automotive repair experience.
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.

•Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment and be exposed to extreme weather conditions.
•Ability to use safety equipment such as face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments.
