Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver ready-mix concrete to construction projects and customers in a safe and efficient manner, following dispatch instructions.
  • •Maintain safety and quality standards, including safe loading/unloading and ensuring proper product quality before leaving sites and en route.
  • •Communicate with the dispatcher, review delivery tickets for special instructions, and obtain required signatures.
  • •Operate the vehicle while monitoring gauges, maintain equipment cleanliness, and report problems or necessary repairs to maintenance personnel.
  • •Maintain accurate operator logs, forms, and records in compliance with company policy and DOT regulations.
