Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop clinical skills to deliver exceptional hearing care within a defined scope of practice under supervision.
  • •Learn to carry out hearing assessments and support customers throughout their hearing care journey.
  • •Build practical clinical skills alongside experienced Hearing Aid Audiologists.
  • •Complete written and practical assessments throughout the programme while maintaining a Clinical Competency Logbook.
  • •Work across clinics while providing outstanding customer care and receiving coaching and milestone reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold GCSE (or equivalent) in English, Maths, and Science at grade 5 (High C) or above (evidence required).
  • •Ideally have relevant clinical experience, e.g. within a hearing care support or healthcare role.
  • •Be able to work 37.5 hours per week, including some weekends.
  • •Be willing to study independently and travel as required between clinics.
  • •Hold a full UK driving licence.
