Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute the annual Japan sales strategy and achieve revenue, bookings, and margin targets for PTL products and services.
  • •Manage and grow channel partner networks, including onboarding new partners and providing training, guidance, and marketing support.
  • •Develop key accounts by identifying customer needs and opportunities, delivering sales presentations/demos, and coordinating technical/service/application support.
  • •Drive aftermarket and service business growth by working with service providers and expanding service offerings and preventive maintenance programs.
  • •Monitor market trends and competitive activity, support pricing/product positioning, and provide market insights and recommendations to AP leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • •Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the industrial tools or equipment industry.
  • •Strong understanding of the manufacturing segments in Japan.
  • •Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term relationships.
  • •Fluent in English and Japanese.
