Key Responsibilities

  • •Remove scrap plastic from gaylords and process material through reclaim machinery.
  • •Set up, operate, and monitor reclaim equipment to meet operating specifications.
  • •Ensure efficient and economical material use to reduce waste.
  • •Unload trailers and stock packaging supplies while maintaining housekeeping standards.
  • •Operate a forklift safely and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (GED preferred).
  • •Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 35 lbs and frequently stand, stoop, bend, and handle material throughout the shift.
  • •Must be able to drive a forklift safely.
  • •Mechanically inclined with ability to troubleshoot extrusion equipment (extrusion experience preferred).
  • •Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in a teamwork-oriented environment.
