Commis II (QA)

Support kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation and simple cooking tasks under supervision of senior chefs. Maintain cleanliness and organization across workstations, follow recipes and plating standards, and help with stock rotation and inventory to minimize waste. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent cross-contamination, monitor cooking times and temperatures, and coordinate effectively with the culinary team to ensure timely, consistent service.
