Key Responsibilities

•Execute advanced electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs and installations by interpreting schematics and blueprints.
•Perform advanced troubleshooting and component-level repair for drive-related issues and AC/DC electrical components up to 480VAC 3-phase.
•Lead, train, and mentor junior maintenance technicians and respond to emergency breakdowns with corrective actions.
•Monitor and troubleshoot machine programs to diagnose equipment faults and coordinate daily workload with the maintenance team.
•Record information and time in Apriso (CMMS), document major issues, and propose continuous improvement initiatives to reduce equipment failures.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED with 15 years as an industrial/manufacturing maintenance technician, or a technical degree with 7 years as a maintenance technician.
•Minimum 7 years as a maintenance technician with proven leadership experience.
•Minimum 7 years in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
•Minimum 7 years experience with industrial manufacturing machinery and controls experience.
•Proficiency in PLC programming (Allen Bradley preferred) and commitment to safety and company procedures.
