Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead flexible fulfilment compliance, developing and maintaining the Flexible Fulfilment Compliance Framework, including fraud/financial crime controls that are scalable, embedded, and audit-ready.
  • •Define and apply risk appetite, customer risk ratings, and onboarding standards (KYBP, Customer Due Diligence, Enhanced Due Diligence) for partners and sellers.
  • •Maintain the Flexible Fulfilment Compliance Risk Register and operate as a second line of defence with oversight and challenge to first-line controls.
  • •Oversee the appointed representative (AR) regime for the co-branded credit card, including ongoing monitoring controls and ensuring activities remain within permitted regulatory scope.
  • •Conduct horizon scanning and regulatory impact assessments, lead policy/standard updates and training and awareness programmes, and support regulatory engagement and investigations.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrable financial crime experience from a regulated entity.
  • •Experience in flexible fulfilment compliance within a flexible fulfilment environment.
  • •Experience working with payment service providers and/or acquirers.
  • •Experience identifying risks, applying mitigating controls, and managing risk effectively.
  • •Experience establishing and executing compliance monitoring frameworks.
