Job Summary

Antenna Measurement Technician responsible for end-to-end RF antenna characterization in passive and active (OTA) modes, ensuring Anechoic Chamber performance, data integrity, and ISO17025 compliance. Tasks include test setup with VNAs and spectrum analyzers, precise antenna mounting, passive and OTA measurements, data processing, and troubleshooting in a high-accuracy laboratory environment.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Test Preparation & Setup: Configure RF test benches, including the integration of Network Analyzers (VNA), Signal Generators, and Spectrum Analyzers.
•Physically mount antennas on multi-axis positioners and perform precise alignment to ensure phase center accuracy.
•Select and verify appropriate RF cabling, connectors, and amplifiers for specific frequency bands.
•Measurement Execution: Execute passive measurements (Gain, Efficiency, Radiation Patterns, S-parameters).
•Perform active/OTA measurements (TRP, TIS, EIRP) for wireless devices (5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth).

Key Requirements

•Education: SPM or Technical Diploma in Electronics, Telecommunications, or Electrical Engineering; proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
•Experience: experience working in an RF laboratory environment preferred.
