Key Responsibilities

  • •Data collection, RFQ management, and data upkeep in internal systems.
  • •Support supplier negotiations and contribute to structuring and analysis of procurement data.
  • •Prepare and present data-driven insights using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional, multicultural teams to optimize sourcing processes.
  • •Assist in improving procurement workflows and performance through data analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Over 2 years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Collection & Sending out RFQ and managing the data in the system.
  • •Advanced negotiation skills.

  • •Advanced communication skills (written and verbal).
  • •Fluent English in oral and written communications.
