Key Responsibilities

•Develop backend for an AI agent platform and surrounding microservices with a focus on reliability and performance
•Contribute to architecture setup and technology selection for the platform
•Stay up-to-date with AI agent frameworks and related tooling, experimenting with new approaches
•Improve and optimize components for agent creation, quality evaluation, and load performance
•Collaborate with platform clients and internal teams to incorporate feedback and deliver a user-friendly product

•5+ years of backend engineering experience
•2+ years with Golang and 2+ years with Python
•Experience with AI agent frameworks: Langchain, Langgraph, ADK
•Experience building or integrating LLM-based features and agent-centric architectures
•ML experience is a big plus; production model deployment experience
•Experience building scalable, distributed systems and high-load architectures
•Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, GitLab, and a microservices architecture
•Experience developing internal tools, automations, CRM, and related systems
•Clear, maintainable code and proactive, independent work style
•English communication at B2 level or higher
