Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and execute data quality checks, including source-to-target validation, reconciliation, and automated testing.
  • •Investigate data anomalies using SQL and Python, and support regression testing for production data and ML solutions.
  • •Evaluate AI/ML models against business requirements and test for performance, data drift, bias, and reliability.
  • •Validate GenAI/LLM/RAG responses for accuracy and factuality, identify hallucinations and bias, and perform prompt/scenario-based testing with test data for monitoring.
  • •Partner with Data Scientists, Data/ML, Software Engineers, and Product teams to define quality standards, test strategies, acceptance criteria, and perform root-cause analysis on defects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Experience in Data QA, Data Science, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, or AI/ML Testing.
  • •Strong Python and SQL programming skills.
  • •Experience with automated testing, preferably PyTest or similar frameworks.
  • •Knowledge of data quality concepts and machine learning fundamentals, including prompt engineering and LLM evaluation/testing.
