Key Responsibilities

•Develop and refine a domain product vision, objectives, product charter, and domain roadmap using lean product management practices.
•Translate requirements into epics, features, and user stories with measurable outcomes and clear acceptance criteria.
•Lead strategic alignment across teams by ensuring backlogs are prioritized and refined according to business value.
•Work with engineering as one agile team to design, build, and deliver product features, coordinating dependencies to minimize time to market and errors.
•Own end-to-end domain operations (“run”), including monitoring health, escalating critical operational issues, and driving post-launch reviews and continuous improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 150,000 - 234,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Solid experience in product management or new product development and shipping high-quality products in the payments industry, including business context and customer use cases.
•Experience with lean product management and lean management principles in fast-changing, high-growth environments.
•Comprehensive experience with agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), CI/CD, and DevOps-based PDLC/SDLC; technical savviness to enable TDD and BDD.
•Track record delivering product features from design through deployment and customer integration.
•Ability to translate product needs into clearly defined epics, features and stories with measurable outcomes, including strong understanding of event messaging frameworks and technologies.
