Key Responsibilities

  • •Appoint and manage project teams to meet client delivery requirements across due diligence, fit-out projects, office relocations, refurbishments, and rationalization programs.
  • •Ensure successful and efficient delivery of assigned projects through established frameworks and maintain accountability across project teams.
  • •Provide guidance and intervention for non-compliance, ensuring transparent communication and reporting with the client until resolved.
  • •Review and agree on individual project fee proposals in coordination with Turner & Townsend Country Leadership and the Client's Regional Team.
  • •Ensure projects adhere to client processes and local legal requirements while maintaining quality and timely, accurate project metrics reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Architecture, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Proven track record as a Regional Project/Programme Manager delivering major corporate fit-out programs, particularly for financial sector clients.
  • •Strong knowledge of core project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
  • •Proficiency in English and Mandarin to support major projects in China.
  • •Proficiency in project systems, including Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office suite.
