•Provide the highest level of service to customers in a Puma Retail Store to achieve or exceed sales KPIs and profitability targets.
•Maintain consistently high standards of customer service aligned with Puma values and service standards.
•Complete all required training locally and globally to drive in-store sales.
•Support loss prevention programs and store operations.
•Participate in store openings/closings and occasional travel as needed.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Must be able to provide high-level customer service and drive sales to meet KPIs and profitability targets.
•Complete all required local and global training to boost in-store sales.
•Support loss prevention programs and adhere to store policies and procedures.
•Maintain store conditions and communicate maintenance needs to the Store Manager.
