Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end implementation of complex Global Transaction Banking (GTB) deals and mandates for large corporate clients across digital channels. Manage client onboarding and mandate activation for Cash Management and Trade Finance, coordinating Host-to-Host, SWIFT, APIs, and NEO CORP (Web & Mobile). Drive multi-country rollouts, govern delivery through KPIs/SLAs and stage gates, and accelerate revenue realization while handholding clients and managing cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage the Client Implementation function/team to enable deals and execute client mandates end-to-end.
•Implement large and complex mandates involving Host-to-Host (H2H), SWIFT, APIs, and online banking platforms; manage multi-country and cross-border rollouts.
•Serve as primary client point of contact during implementation, running solution workshops/readiness assessments and guiding client integration through GTB channels.
•Accelerate revenue enablement by fast-tracking client solutions, monitoring KPIs/SLAs, and ensuring timely client activation.
•Provide implementation governance and project management excellence (stage gates, escalation, audit trails), coordinating across GTB Sales, Coverage/RMs, Channels, Product, Technology, and Operations.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of transaction banking experience focused on client onboarding, integration, and implementation of complex corporate channels (H2H, SWIFT, APIs, online banking platforms).
•Proven project management capability using Agile, PMP, or Prince2 to deliver complex digital channel implementations for large corporate clients.
•Strong understanding of GTB products and digital channels for Cash Management (Payments, Collections) and Trade Finance deals.
•Experience executing multi-country client implementations working with large global banks.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; project management certification in Agile, PMP, or Prince2.
