Lead and manage the WFM, MIS, Sales Coordinator, and Runner teams to ensure smooth direct banking center operations. Oversee workforce planning, productivity tracking, and management reporting, including MIS, analytics, and performance dashboards. Manage dialer operations, campaign setup, lead allocation, and database utilization. Drive CCPL business/operational projects, manage vendors and SLAs, improve processes, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
