Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement an ethics remediation program by managing remediation of risks identified through ethics investigations and reporting.
  • •Serve as an escalation point for intake and ethics case managers, business stakeholders, and investigators, triaging and immediately escalating highest-risk reports.
  • •Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to develop and implement remediation actions and monitor effectiveness through completion.
  • •Prepare regular reporting for senior management and external regulatory bodies on remediation progress, metrics, and challenges.
  • •Oversee and improve the ethics case management system and workflows, including integrations and data integrity, while promoting ethics awareness across the organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience; Juris Doctorate highly preferred.
  • •10+ years of experience, including 10+ years of computer/case management system experience.
  • •Experience with Service Now, Workday, PowerBI, and ethics case management systems preferred.
  • •Advanced written and verbal communication skills with executive presence; ability to communicate with leadership.
  • •Conflict resolution management and proven ability to manage multiple cases/projects while meeting deadlines with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
