Key Responsibilities

  • •Propose strategic and operational goals and work plans for all department projects and monitor implementation across units as directed by the supervisor
  • •Actively participate in planning mechanisms to achieve enterprise and individual excellence requirements (EFQM, Dubai Government Excellence Model) and align with global best practices
  • •Monitor and develop the integrated system for managing employee and stakeholder feedback, including evaluation and follow-up mechanisms
  • •Propose and oversee the application of administrative systems and ISO quality standards in relevant domains, providing technical support for implementation
  • •Review internal and external audit reports, oversee closure of gaps, and prepare periodic reports to ensure compliance and continuous improvement

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Administrative Sciences or related field
  • •Nine (9) years of experience for a bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • •Professional certifications such as EFQM Assessor Certificate and CQIA
  • •Experience implementing quality management systems (ISO) and continuous improvement
  • •Strong ability to design, implement and monitor excellence models and improvement initiatives
