Oversee daily production operations to maintain high production, quality, and yield while supporting the safest possible working environment. Ensure production lines start only when positions are staffed, verify customer order fulfillment, and maintain machinery performance. Monitor workstation readiness and USDA inspection status, manage shipments and inventory rotation, and keep accurate records for reworked or returned product. Lead safety efforts, train and coach team members, and support continuous quality education.
