Key Responsibilities

  • •Process equipment and materiel turn-ins in accordance with AR 710-2, AR 735-5, and DA PAM 710-2-1.
  • •Verify turn-in documentation for accuracy and completeness and apply correct condition codes based on visual inspections.
  • •Update and maintain timely, accurate entries in Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP) and assist with inventory reconciliation and property adjustments.
  • •Store, stage, and organize equipment in warehouse or yard areas while operating required material handling equipment.
  • •Support audits, Property Accountability Reviews (PARs), and coordinate with unit supply personnel and Army representatives on discrepancies and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent is preferred (relevant experience may substitute).
  • •2–4 years of logistics, warehousing, or supply experience (Army or contractor environment preferred).
  • •Knowledge of Army logistical functions and familiarity with turn-in, supply, or property accountability operations.
  • •Ability to interpret and process supply documentation (DA and DD forms) and maintain accurate records.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and safe operation of material handling equipment (MHE).
