Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive strategy, architecture, roadmap, and adoption of the validation automation platform.
  • •Transform traditional test automation into AI-enabled Validation Engineering.
  • •Develop and deploy scalable automation solutions for system validation, integration testing, regression testing, failure reproduction, and debugging workflows.
  • •Apply generative and agentic AI to improve test planning, execution optimization, failure analysis, root cause identification, and engineering productivity.
  • •Establish engineering best practices (source control, code reviews, CI/CD, automated testing, reusable frameworks) and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact automation solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •10+ years of experience in software engineering, validation engineering, automation engineering, or platform engineering.
  • •Experience designing and scaling automation platforms, engineering tools, or validation frameworks.
  • •Strong knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and automation architecture.
  • •Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional technical initiatives with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
