Lead the end-to-end transformation of CMS sales training by designing modern, scalable, and clinically rigorous learning programs. Build and deploy digital learning ecosystems (including LMS platforms and virtual delivery) and integrate AI to personalize learning and drive predictive performance insights. Develop data platforms and dashboards that connect training adoption to field execution and business impact, partnering across sales, marketing, sales operations, and medical affairs.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and modernize CMS sales training curriculum across onboarding, advanced development, and leadership programs.
•Architect and deploy scalable digital learning ecosystems, including LMS platforms, virtual delivery models, and AI-driven learning tools.
•Integrate AI to personalize learning pathways, enhance coaching effectiveness, and generate predictive performance insights.
•Develop data platforms and dashboards linking training initiatives to field execution, adoption, and business performance.
•Establish standardized curriculum frameworks and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Medical Affairs to align with product strategy and clinical evidence.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree required.
•5+ years of experience in sales training, curriculum design, or learning & development within medical device, pharma, or healthcare.
•Demonstrated experience integrating AI or advanced digital technologies into training or enablement.
•Strong understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design, and digital learning tools.
•Experience building scalable learning platforms and leveraging data to drive insights.
