Run tailored demos and workshops, build prototypes, and design solution architectures aligned to customer goals. Lead Proof-of-Value (PoV) deployments, support Sales-to-Customer Success handovers, and act as a technical advisor from engineering teams to C-level while feeding insights back into the product roadmap.
