Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and define end-to-end technology solutions across web, API, backend, data, and AI layers to ensure scalability, resilience, and security.
  • •Lead design and governance of modern web applications and member portals using responsive UI frameworks and API-first architecture.
  • •Establish microservices, integration, and event-driven system patterns to enable seamless enterprise and healthcare domain integration.
  • •Drive implementation of conversational AI, RAG, agentic workflows, and prompt engineering for intelligent platform experiences.

  • •Expertise in Azure cloud-native services and building cloud-native distributed applications.

  • •Experience implementing conversational AI/GenAI with RAG, agentic workflows, and prompt engineering frameworks.
