  • •Conduct comprehensive belt inspections of the full belt and associated components (guides, rollers, scrapers, tracking mechanisms, links, pins, and related elements).
  • •Perform inspections consistently across all shifts and identify root causes when belt damage patterns differ by shift.
  • •Document observed belt damage immediately and ensure repairs are completed without delay.
  • •Notify FSQA immediately when damage is found so affected product can be placed on hold.
  • •Monitor the broader processing environment for equipment or facility issues that may impact product quality and address adverse conditions without delay.
