Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop strategies and frameworks based on analysis to enhance activity for the Salesforce Commercial sales team.
  • •Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to drive sales activities and improve performance.
  • •Manage and execute sales and partner programs in collaboration with stakeholders across Salesforce.
  • •Collaborate with Japan and global executives on decision-making, program design/development, and project management.
  • •Review, design, and execute improvements to the Partner organization structure.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience managing critical sales and partner processes, including pipeline management, account planning, forecasting, and partner programs.
  • •Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using tools like Tableau (preferred).
  • •Expertise in Excel, with programming experience being a plus.
  • •Strong stakeholder skills, able to present to executive audiences and manage upwards effectively.
  • •Degree from university (preferably in an analytical discipline) or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
