Job Summary

Support the FIG & Strategy COO team in driving growth initiatives across Apollo’s investing businesses. You’ll help manage day-to-day business priorities, build reporting and KPI deliverables (including quarterly valuation and monthly performance metrics), and conduct strategic analyses for senior leadership. Coordinate cross-functionally with teams such as finance, legal, tax, and marketing to evaluate and implement new business activities, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist FIG & Strategy leadership with day-to-day business management and progress toward firm-wide goals and growth targets.
•Manage and build reporting deliverables, including quarterly valuation processes and monthly management reporting/KPIs.
•Support senior COO team members in evaluating and implementing new business activities, including funds/product development and business line extensions.
•Perform strategic analyses and ad hoc requests for senior management to evaluate and manage Apollo’s business.
•Coordinate cross-functionally and help drive strategic initiatives through partnerships, business reviews, and deal pipeline/staffing dashboard tracking.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree from a top undergraduate institution with a record of academic achievement.
•Three to five years of relevant work experience, with a preference for financial services, asset management, credit, Chief of Staff, and/or COO experience.
•Interest in corporate strategy and business building within the investment management industry with hands-on implementation of growth plans.
•Demonstrated operational excellence and ability to execute processes such as reporting and exceptions identification.
•Strong modeling, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with a proactive, self-starter mindset.
