Provide an industry-leading client service experience in-branch and by phone by developing and expanding relationships for consumer and small business clients. Use consultative conversations to identify client needs, offer deposit/credit/convenience and other product and service solutions, and refer more complex goals to internal specialists. Handle teller transactions as needed, support branch sales targets, and follow controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies while building product and sales knowledge.
