Own the day-to-day operation and upkeep of a security management system (PSIM) and related monitoring tools, ensuring they remain up to date and compliant with contractual requirements. Set up recurring reporting, troubleshoot outages, and support complex network-related issues in a primarily Microsoft Windows/on-premises environment. Work from a central point and be available on site; remote work is not an option.
