  • •Maintain compliance with contractual obligations related to the systems’ availability.
  • •Set up recurring reporting (e.g., monthly outage/issue overviews).
  • •Handle complex network and related troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • •Perform work primarily on site for on-premises systems; remote work is not an option.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7+ years of demonstrable experience in security technology and related IT/OT systems.
  • •HBO level of work and thinking, preferably in IT.
  • •Experience with security management systems such as Winguard and Sky-walker.
  • •Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows (server, client, AD, WSUS, SQL).
  • •Experience with networking and monitoring/security tooling (e.g., Aruba, Juniper, Cisco, firewalls, SIEM/PRTG/SCOM/WAZUH/KIWI).
