Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Accountants, fostering a high-performance and supportive team culture.
•Oversee day-to-day project accounting activities including revenue recognition, cost tracking, WIP, billing, and receivables with strict IFRS/US GAAP compliance.
•Monitor team KPIs and SLA adherence, manage workload distribution, and resolve bottlenecks with stakeholders.
•Identify opportunities to improve team workflows, accuracy, and efficiency while ensuring global processes and controls are applied.
•Support SOX compliance, internal audit preparation, and provide documentation/evidence as required.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
•Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent) preferred or in progress.
•5+ years of experience in project accounting, finance operations, or a related field, ideally within a multinational or project-based environment.
•Prior experience leading or mentoring a small team, whether formally or informally.
•Background in Engineering, Design, and Construction (ED&C) or professional services is advantageous.
