Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead AI teams in the right direction to achieve success and align with business goals.
  • •Define the product strategy and design the roadmap to deliver AI platform capabilities.
  • •Demonstrate strong passion for technology, platform mindset, and solving customer problems.
  • •Guide selection of technologies and methodologies, advising on buy versus build decisions.
  • •Manage resources (Airbus India internal resources and in-situ suppliers) and drive continuous process improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years total experience with 3+ years in Technical Project/Product Management in AI, Analytics, Automation & Software Engineering
  • •Proficiency in Product Management and Project Management, with proven leadership and driving improvement processes
  • •Proven track record of managing direct reports and leading high-stakes cross-functional teams
  • •Significant experience with AI/ML-powered products, with understanding of ML concepts, models, and development cycles
  • •Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS (S3, EC2, SageMaker) and GCP (Vertex, Gemini) and ability to apply in product strategy
