Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage internal pod meetings by crafting agendas, taking notes, and sharing recaps with next steps.
  • •Update and maintain documents, lists, calendars, and timelines on Google Drive and other internal systems.
  • •Create and manage talent itineraries and oversee talent travel details, including troubleshooting as needed.
  • •Contribute to campaign ideation and tactical execution while tracking press coverage, press notes, and news announcements.
  • •Support publicity activities such as junkets, premieres, screenings, festivals, conventions, and tastemaker/community/press-day logistics.
