Electronic Services Specialist – Bankcard

Prevent and limit loss across consumer debit, credit, and corporate card products by handling incoming customer calls and inquiries, performing card setup and maintenance, and monitoring centralized email boxes and systems. Review account activity, provide reporting and product changes, and ensure compliance with Visa, MasterCard, and federal regulations while following internal controls. Deliver empathetic, high-touch customer service via phone and email and serve as backup within the department.
