Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain software, workflow automations, and AI-enabled products that improve operators’ work and neighbors’ lives.
  • •Partner with operations, marketing, leasing, and other teams to understand pain points and turn them into scalable product and engineering solutions.
  • •Move fluidly across the stack (backend, frontend, data, infrastructure) to ship complete solutions as the problem demands.
  • •Lead experimentation to validate ideas quickly, measure impact, and iterate toward tools that deliver real business value.
  • •Own problems end-to-end, from stakeholder discovery and workflow mapping through implementation, rollout, adoption, and design documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of three years of software engineering experience building products, platforms, or internal tools that improve business operations or team productivity.
